Colorful Layout

Hello Friends,

I am back with a simple yet beautiful layout to share with you all. My creation is inspired by this month's Lulupu challenge. I picked up some lovely colors and shapes from the mood board to create this layout.
So here it is

It's a hanging layout! I mounted it on a piece of mdf board and pierced two holes to hang it with a metal chain.

Used plenty of fussy cut flowers and leaves along with some mulberry and other paper flowers. Base for the photo was prepared using all my scraps of pattern papers. Added some tiny sparkling stars near the circles and few sequins here and there. Sentiment on the die cut and the mini butterfly was covered with glossy accents.

Some close ups,

Stamped some tiny blue leaves with hand drawn dots in peach color at the corners of my layout.

I hope you like it! Do share, I love to read what you say!
Thanks for visiting!
Happy weekend!

Fancy Fold Card

Hello Friends,

I have a simple folding birthday card to share with you all. I have used beautiful "Doodle flowers" and "Butterflies" stamp sets from Jane's Doodles to make it.There are many talented ladies working singly in crafting industry and Jane Beljo is one of them, there are some amazing stamp sets in her store, and she handles everything so beautifully and in a jiffy!

Now coming to my card..

Fancy Fold B'day Card
Pretty butterflies fluttering on the blooms!
Flowers, leaves and butterflies were stamped and coloured. These were stuck to a white shiny corrugated sheet using foam tape to add some dimension.

Fancy Fold B'day Card

Lower folded panel holds the top panel. Lower panel is covered with wooden texture paper.

This window was a 3D sticker frame, I just added a black base to it with strips of cardstock to give it a window look.

Flowers are coloured using there shades of pink colouring pens and fancy fuchsia stamp pad from Artistry Ink (India made).

This is the inside of the card to write a message. Sentiment was stamped and heat embossed with pink scented embossing powder and it filled my room with fresh flavours of mint!

I hope you enjoyed my creation! Do tell me, I love to read what you say :)

Photo frame with 3D Decoupage Flower

Hello Friends :)

Today I have a special creation to share with you all, it is inspired by one of my very sweet blogger friend and she is a great inspiration for me! Most of us knew her, she is Dr. Sonia, an ENT surgeon and an amazing crafter! Currently she is celebrating 5 Million page views of her blog and organizing huge giveaways!!

I made a photo frame and have tried to incorporate few elements from her inspirations. Here is my project,

Base is made from a waste cardboard box. I covered it with pattern paper. At the corner you could see the beautiful 3D decoupage flower made using stamping and heat embossing.I followed Dr. Sonia's 3D Decoupage Tutorial
For the leaves too I followed her tutorial How to Jazz up your leaves She loves using foam sheets and so I have used it in my project and actually I too love using this :) Purple border and tiny butterfly made of glitter foam.

Added few mulberry flowers, pollens and pearls.

I hope you enjoyed this and I too enjoyed making this one :)
Thanks for stopping by!
Have a great day!!

A set of two!

Hello Friends! :)

Wishing you all a Happy & colourful Holi!
With Holi (Indian Festival of colours) you could think of plenty of colours and so is the blooming spring season where you could enjoy the beauty of nature with beautiful and colourful blooms every where!
My today's project is based on the same theme with lovely bright shades and flowers, here it is

An altered bottle and a matching card. I used napkin decoupage on both. The bottle has a small frame made with wooden shoots tied with natural twine, it can be used as a mini photo frame or to display a quote or message.

It was a plastic bottle, I gave a coat of white gesso and then sponged it with yellow acrylics in two shades. When the colour was dry added decoupage napkins to it, it was quit tricky since the bottle has curves but with patience it came out good. Stamped some scripts everywhere in black archival ink.

Bottle neck was wrapped with natural twine, added some dry leaves, from store bought pot pouri and yellow & orange mulberry flowers around it. Little birdie sits there happily around the flowers and leaves :)

On the top added a flower which was stamped and heat embossed.

Back side of the bottle has some hanging tags with stamped images, again a message or quote can be added at the other side of the tags.

Card is kept simple, just added some ink at the center before decoupaging. Finally stamped some leaves and sentiment "Hello!"
Hope you enjoyed my both the creations! I would love to read what you say! :)
Have a Great day!!

Memories Recorded..

Hello Friends!
How are you all? Hope you all are doing well. Today I have an album to share with you all, this was made on a special request from one of my friend, she wanted a blue background with pink flowers, so to match the theme I came up with this,

Some snaps of inside pages..

She wanted a lot of empty space and not too detailing so i have added few designs to each page.

I hope you liked it :) Do tell me!
Thanks for stopping by!
Have a Great day!!
